Company refund policy diferenciates between cash payment and bank transfer,below explains different examples Of refund and how it applies for clients according to their method of payment.

Cash payment :

if clients pay for their service in advance cash or bank transfer, and they failed to cancel the service before 24 hours As it is mandatory in our cancellation policy they loose 50% of their payment in the first time and if its repeated They loose 100% of their payment, if proper notice was given before 24 hours , company will refund the full amount within 4 days, cash refund will be handled to the same client booked the service only , he/she have to sign a refund clearance that he received the cash.

If clients receive the service and they had to cancel during the service subject to any reason , refund will not be Valid and client have to pay full amount agreed for the service.

If the client earned points for free service in his application account or through offer released by Best Maids Building Cleaning at a certain time in the application or the website, or subject to referrals or long services , it CAN NOT be refunded as cash and it has to be used for cleaning or sanitation services ONLY.

if the client is not at home during the cleaning service and after they arrived home, they were not happy with service provided by our team because of any reason , company shall investigate the incident and the complaint which should be supported with evidence( pictures ), company will compensate the client with the suitable free service but not with cash refund.

Bank transfer:

this payment facility is usually given for clients who has regular service at a certain time and days per week/month, amount to be transferred should not be less than 500 AED.

If client choose to pay through bank transfer in advance for the cleaning service and they decided to cancel the service for some reason with 24 hours notice , company will refund the amount transferred within 7 working days to the same account we received the money from.
